                        &lt;span style="font-family: georgia;font-size:85%;" &gt;Serves 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;font-size:100%;" &gt;1 cup quick cooking rice                                       2 tablespoons olive oil&lt;br /&gt;1 10-once can condensed consomme                 1-10 ounce package, frozen mixed vegetables&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon chopped onion                                juice of 1/2 lemon&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons water                                             salt and pepper&lt;br /&gt;1/4 teaspoon savory&lt;br /&gt;4-31/2 ounce servings chicken parts&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil, pour into covered casserole or baking dish.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Saute chicken pieces, slowly, in hot oil, about 10 minutes, place on rice mixture.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Break up mixed vegetables and shake around chicken,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Sprinkle with lemon juice and seasonings, cover&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Enjoy and only 300 calories per seving&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   2 tbsp cooking oil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;                                                1/4 tsp ground cloves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt; 1 1/2 cups fresh green beans OR                     1 bay leaf, crumbled&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt; 1 10 ounce pkg frozen green beans                    salt, pepper&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;
